C5 is a comprehensive 5-year leadership development program serving teens from risk-filled environments with year-round activities from eighth grade through high school graduation. The goal of this unique program model is to help teens achieve their full potential, for the betterment of themselves, their families, and their communities. C5 Texas is in its 6th year and will serve approximately 300 teens.
