Through the first ten games this season, Cowboys wideout Cole Beasley had two career touchdowns. In the last three outings Beasley has added three to that total, including a two score effort against the Bears a week ago Thursday. The little squirrel that the Cowboys had to convince to stay in camp a couple years ago has suddenly become Tony Romo's number two target. Over these last three games Beasley has nine catches for 149 yards in addition to those three touchdowns. Over that same period Dez Bryant has 17 catches for 241 yards, with only two touchdowns in that span.
The Cowboys' emerging receiver could play a crucial role in the rematch with Philadelphia on Sunday night. The balanced offensive effort he starred in against Chicago should carry over to Philadelphia.
