Texas Rangers making some roster moves before Friday's game with the Astros in Houston. Jim Adduci has been placed on the 7-day concussion disabled list. To replace him on the active roster, Texas has purchased the contract of Ryan Rua from Triple-A. The 24-year-old has combined to bat .306 with 18 home runs, and 74 RBI with Double-A Frisco and Triple-A Round Rock this season. Rua is the 59th player used by the Rangers this season…tying a major league record.
