Finally a Win for Yu

For the first time in a month and a half Yu Darvish wins a game. The Rangers ace throws 6.2 shutout innings as Texas beats the Reds 3-2. Darvish relying much more on his fastball than he had during his slump. He strikes out eight and allows only four hits while walking four. It's Yu's first win since May 16th.

Texas scoring two runs in the fifth inning on a squeeze bunt. Engle Beltre comes home from third on the bunt and a throw home hits him in the head. Leonys Martin scores from second on the error. Then in the seventh Nelson Cruz drives home a run on a single.

After Tanner Scheppers struggles in the eighth, Joe Nathan slams the door for his 27th save. The Rangers have a half game lead in the AL West. They host the Rays tomorrow night.
