Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent sent to jail Thursday. Brent's bond on an intoxication manslaughter charge has been declared insufficient after twice failing marijuana tests. Brent has been charged in the DWI accident last year that killed teammate Jerry Brown. He'll have to stay in jail until at least a hearing next month and may be held through his September trial. In the meantime, the Cowboys reportedly have no plans to do what the Patriots would do and cut Brent.
