Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Texas Motor Speedway, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Speedway Motorsports, Inc., Cumulus Media, Inc. (Radio Station Company), The Barber Shop Marketing (“Administrator”) and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotional materials or prizes for this sweepstakes, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. HOW TO PLAY: Between October 26, 2015 and November 1, 2015, listen to Sportsradio 1310 The Ticket (1310 AM or 96.7 FM) between 06:00am Central Daylight Time (CDT) and 07:00pm CDT Monday through Friday, 12:00pm (CDT) and 02:00pm CDT Saturday, and 08:00am (CDT) and 11:00am CDT Sunday and 07:00pm CDT and 9:00pm CDT Monday and Wednesday.
3. WINNER SELECTION:
Twenty (24) Semifinalists (see prize description below) will be determined by an on-air contest. Radio announcers will direct listeners to call in to win at random times. The tenth (10th) and thirteenth (13th) – alternating – number caller will be selected as the potential semifinalist. The potential semifinalists will be required to come to the radio station located at 3090 Olive Street, Suite 400, Dallas, TX 75219 during normal business hours Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT) to complete, and sign an affidavit of eligibility, publicity/liability release between October 26 and November 3, 2015. They will then be given their tickets and instructions on the Grand Finale event. If the potential semifinalist fails to complete the release and pick up their tickets by November 3, 2015, they will forfeit their prize and the prize will not be awarded. If a semifinalist fails to check in with a government issued photo ID at the Grand Finale Event on Sunday, November 8, 2015 by the time designated in the instructions, they will forfeit their chance to participate in the event.
One (1) Finalist (see prize description below) will be randomly selected from all eligible semifinalists during the Grand Finale event at Raceday University at Texas Motor Speedway located at 3545 Lone Star Circle, Fort Worth, Texas 76177 on Sunday, November 8, 2015.
o The Finalist will then randomly draw the name of a driver who is racing that day.
o If the driver places in the top three positions, the Finalist will win the prize described below.

All prize details not specified herein shall be at Administrator’s discretion. No prize substitutions, transfers or cash alternatives permitted, except Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All decisions of the Administrator are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of listeners who call in during the entry period.
The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, and local.
The semifinalists are each solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, the following: (i) All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, and local; (ii) parking; (iii) any travel expenses to get to the race including airfare and lodging; (iv) any additional expenses not described herein as being awarded.
The prizes will be awarded if properly claimed.
5. CONDITIONS: Failure by any potential winner to return any requested documents within the specified number of days after such documents are issued, the return of such documents or any prize notification as undeliverable, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and, at the sole discretion of Administrator the selection of an alternate winner, from among all remaining eligible entries received will be chosen, time permitting. Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the prize providers, are not responsible for: printing or other errors; mechanical errors; inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged entries; or any delays in delivery of prize; or bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind, without limitation, that may arise from or in connection with entrants’ participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prizes, or participation in prize-related activities. Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify: any entries submitted fraudulently, the entries of any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any entrant who otherwise violates the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received prior to the date of termination or suspension. By accepting any prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and its designees may use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, prize information and/or statements about this sweepstakes for advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide at the discretion of the Sponsor without limitation, further compensation or notice.
