Former NBA player and broadcaster Hot Rod Hundley passed away Friday at age 80. Hundley averaged 8.4 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists in six seasons with the Lakers in Minneapolis and Los Angeles. He played in the 1960 and 1961 All-Star games and later broadcast 3,051 Jazz games from 1974-2009. Hundley was a color analyst for NBA games with CBS and also broadcast four seasons with the Phoenix Suns and four with the Lakers.
