Free agent guard Richie Incognito is back in the NFL after signing with the Buffalo Bills Saturday. The 31-year-old is best known for his dirty play and bullying scandal involving former Dolphins teammate Jonathan Martin. Incognito was suspended for the final eight games of the 2013 season in the wake of the Martin offense. The league cleared Incognito to resume football activities last summer, and the former Dolphin visited with Tampa in August, and Denver in November, but never signed with either and ended up sitting for the entire 2014 season.
