The marijuana charges levied against Joseph Randle by Wichita police on Wednesday have been dropped due to inconsistencies. But a temporary protective order has been placed against Randle by ex-girlfriend Dalia Jacobs. Randle allgedly pointed a gun at Jacobs' friend and threatened to "blast" a vehicle that contained the Randle's child. Further charges could be coming, according to Witchita police.
