Underclassmen Declarations for the 2015 NFL Draft:

After years of ever increasing numbers of underclassmen declaring early for the draft, the NFL changed some of the ways they help players evaluate their draft stock. As a result, 2015 showed a decrease in early declarations, from 98 in 2014 down to 84. Here’s is the complete list of underclassmen as well as players who have graduated but still have remaining college eligibility entering into the 2015 NFL Draft:
