Baseball’s Hall of Fame ballot went out yesterday. It’s the first time under consideration for Pedro Martinez, Randy Johnson and John Smoltz. Former Rangers Sammy Sosa and Eddie Guardado are also on the ballot. Craig Biggio is back after being the closest last time out. He was two votes short.
