The Rangers reportedly have the highest bid on Korean left-hander Hyeon-jong Yang. Sources say they put in $1.5 million. His club, the Kia Tigers, has until sometime this week to decide if they accept. Yang has a fastball between 92 and 95 and scouts peg him as a potential mid-rotation starter.
