After starting a five game homestand with three dominanting wins, the Stars lose their final two, including 3-2 in overtime to the Devils Thursday night.
Jamie Benn scores in the second and Tyler Seguin forces overtime with a goal in the final minute. Benn opens up the overtime in the penalty box and as he comes out he takes another penalty. Patrick Elias capitalizes 12 seconds later for the winning goal.
The Stars six points out of the playoffs. They open a three game road trip out west in Anaheim at nine Saturday night.
