For the first time in 2014 the Dallas Stars win a game. Erik Cole scores just 14 seconds into the game. The lead lost in less than three-and-a-half minutes, but Dallas scores two more times in the first on the way to a 5-2 win over the Oilers.
Jamie Benn a goal and an assist. Tyler Seguin assists on the Benn power play goal. The Stars top two scorers had combined for just four points in the team's six game losing streak. That streak was the worst in 18 years for the franchise.
