For the 3rd time this season, Texas Rangers starting pitcher Alexi Ogando has been placed on the disabled list. The move comes three days after he had an injection because of an inflamed nerve in his right shoulder. Travis Blackley recalled from triple-A Round Rock to take Ogando's spot in the rotation.
