Pitcher Travis Blackley is being called up from Triple-A Round Rock and will start for the Texas Rangers on Tuesday. He was acquired from the Houston Astros for cash last week. The Rangers will purchase Blackley's contract prior to tomorrow's game and make a corresponding move at that point.
