The Mavericks are trying to get a boost in the area of basektball operations, reportedly hiring a new G.M. today in 35 year old Gersson Rosas.
Rosas has moved his way up within the Rockets organization over the past 9 years. Donnie Nelson has been acting as the Mavs G.M. for year. He will stay on and serve as the team president.
