The Cowboys and Anthony Spencer apparently can't come to terms on a long term contract, so for a second straight season he'll play on a one year deal. Dallas using the franchise tag on Spencer two straight off-seasons, and it's not really a bad deal for him. In the span of two seasons Spencer will make $19.43 million. Spencer is making the transition from outside linebacker to defensive end this season as the Cowboys change to a 4-3 scheme.
