Free Re-Signs

The Dallas Cowboys today have reportedly agreed to a new 2 year contract with right tackle, Doug Free. The move lowers the team's cap-charge moving forward. Initial reports from Valley ranch claim that Free's 7 million dollar salary will be cut in half to about 3.5 million.

Free will stay with the team that drafted him in 2007. He has started 48 straight games since the 2010 season. However last season he was a bit of a disaster at right tackle. We also saw the emergence of the Fake Doug Free last season here on The Ticket.
