Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announcing Tuesday morning that head coach Glen Gulutzan has been fired. In 2 seasons behind the Stars bench Gulutzan has posted a 64-57-9 record, but missed the playoffs each year. Assistant coach Paul Jerrard has also been let go.
Assistant coach Curt Fraser and goaltending coach Mike Valley have been retained by the Stars.
