Felix Jones Gone

The Cowboys will look in a new direction for a back-up running back next year as Felix Jones is leaving. After five mediocre seasons in Dallas Jones is reportedly signing a one year deal to join the rival Philadelphia Eagles.

The high-water mark for Jones was 2010 when he combined for 1250 yards rushing and receiving, including a career-best 800 on the ground. Last season Felix only runs for 402 yards and doens't provide much help filling in for the injured DeMarco Murray. In those 6 starts Jones runs for just 230 yards.

The Cowboys hope they already have a replacement for Jones on the roster after signing 5th round pick Joseph Randle to a four year deal. Randle runnign for over 1000 yards each of the last two seasons at Oklahoma State and a combined 38 TD's.
