The Cowboys held rookie mini-camp over the weekend at Valley Ranch. Today the team made a few roster moves. Dallas has signed offensive linemen Edawn Coughman and D.J. Hall as well as receiver Anthony Amos. The team also cut loose offensive linemen Charlie Bryant and Aderious Simmons and wideout Greg Herd.
Coughman, a tackle from Shaw, and Hall, a guard out of Texas State are second year players. Coughman spent some time with Seattle. Hall was on the Jaguars practice squad last season. Amos is a rookie out of Middle Tennessee State.
