| Anyone know how to get The Ticket to stream on a Blackberry (specifically, a Blackberry Curve)? I've been trying but haven't had any luck. Thanks. |

| go to www.moodio.fm and sign up for an account. Search for KTCK 1310 and add that station to "my stations." Then you can go to the site m.moodio.fm on your blackberry and choose from "my stations" to stream on your Blackberry. You must have the newest firmware version (4.5). |

| Actually, you'll want to search for ticket1310. I'm the one who set up that station on moodio a while back...and updated it after the stream app changed a couple weeks ago. There might be a couple other ticket stations on there but I can't confirm if they work or not. I stream on my BB Curve at least twice a day while commuting to work (I don't live in Dallas anymore). Also, if you get an error when trying to stream it, you might need to refresh the browser page/media player and try again. Sometimes it doesn't work well if you just hit Stop and Play. |

| I have the station "ticket1310" on moodio on my phone, but whenever I try to play it I get this response: Unsupported media type: application/sdp. Does this mean I need to update my firmware? If so, what's the best way to do that? Any suggestions on what to do would really help. Thanks. |

| You should check and see what OS version is on your Curve. As unwiserflunky said above, you need to be on 4.5 for this to work. If you go to Settings -> Options -> About, you should see if it says v4.2.xxx or v4.5.xxx. If you are still on v4.2, you'll need to update. | Thanks to this discussion, I had my BB Bold on the ticket all week. The weekend hits and now I'm getting the "unsupported media format." What chaged? I've done the close and reopen, refresh. I've checked the version and I'm 4.6. Any ideas would be much appreciated because I'll be spending a lot of time out of town. |

| I have a BlackBerry Curve 8310, and I have gone through the moodio.fm and everything, however when I want to stream it I get an error saying it doesn't support it, I refresh it and it still doesn't work. I have OS 4.5, it still doesn't work. Please help! |

I'm not sure what to tell ya. Sometimes the stream will not work for me on my Curve for whatever reason and it won't work again until I reboot the phone. You could try streaming one of the other stations on moodio to see if it's an issue with the phone or just the ticket at that particular moment. Is your device on some kind of IT policy with your job that might be preventing you from accessing streaming audio?
I'm not sure about the Bolds. I haven't messed with one. |
